Blog Entry#5:

  1. Website#1:http://www.roverp6cars.com/?LMCL=y3C3tS
  • When I first saw the RoverP6cars website, the colors were the first thing that I saw. It just was not flattering at all, even the fonts that they picked didn’t help. There were too many photos on the main page, it was making my eyes go all over the place. There was just too much information and it was very unorganized. This website does not look like it was professionally done, you could tell that the person who did this didn’t know what they were doing. Ways on improving their website are to start from scratch, and just keep things simple. Their information tab on the side of the website is way too long, some of it is just very unnecessary. For the color scheme I think they should have a white background with black lettering, and bold red lettering for the tabs, and just go from there.

Website#2: https://jamilin.com/

  • There is a lot that is going on with this website, I was very confused about what she was trying to promote. There is no organization, all of the information that is on here is just thrown at you all at once. It’s very outdated, nothing catches your attention. The website does not look like it was professionally done. To improve on making this website more up to date is looking at other websites that are similar and see what their color schemes are and how it’s set up. Maybe just keeping it clean and simple can help out a lot.

  1. Website#3: https://www.apple.com/
  • Apple is known for keeping their look simple and clean, there stores and website is a good example of that. Everything is very organized, not too many colors, it’s very minimal. Their website looks like someone who was a professional. Everything on their website reminds us of what Apple is all about.

Website#4: https://www.headhunterhairstyling.com/

  • I liked how this website was very organized and kept very simple. The second you open up the website you instantly know what they are promoting, and I liked seeing the short video of a stylist cutting a woman hair, this is what captures the audience’s attention. Their website does look like it was done professionally done. I think their color scheme and just their organization of information is what draws your attention.
