Adding human interest in a post can absolutely appeal to the people's emotions. Since my fake business is a bakery, if I were to post one of my recipes on this blogging website, then I would add my experience of making the recipe and add my own tips. A time to not add in any personal touches on a post would be on Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, since you should really keep things nice and short.
